The space

Walking into this majestic condo there’s a high chance you may not want to venture out. Classic and clean in its appearance, you will gradually discover nuances of carefully integrated personal touches giving it a more intimate feel. Its consistent palette throughout, adds an extra feel of elegance and orderliness. With a good amount of natural light pouring in throughout the day and off-white lighting for when the sun goes down you will not be short of sublime light.

The ‘’Acropolis Stylish Condo’’ features one comfortable double bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom, a luxurious living room with a second full bathroom, a spacious balcony, two bathrooms and a fully-equipped kitchen.

Beds are equipped with, American – imported, mattresses and furnished with top-quality linens and pillows which promise the ultimate sleeping experience. The bedroom boasts a 50’ smart TV flat screen, an individual stereo system, USB slots, digital safe box and ample closet space.

The living room features a comfortable sofa which turns into an extra comfortable double bed, a separate closet with hangers and a 50’ smart TV ultra HD 4k flat screen with surround sound system.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary coffee capsules, teapot with complimentary English tea, conventional coffee maker, kettle, and toaster as well as white and brown suger, filter coffee, salt and pepper, olive oil and vinegar. There is a separate space equipped with a washing machine, iron, ironing board, and room to store luggage.

The bathrooms are also fully equipped with towels and amenities such as soaps, shampoos, conditioners, shower gels and a hair dryers. The bathroom amenities are provided by a high-end Greek brand.

The apartment is centrally heated during winter but also has individual air-conditioning units for both the winter and summer months.

The neighborhood

Bill & John’s home is located in the Koukaki area of Athens. The perfect location for a visitor eager to explore the city’s glorious past along with its present- day energetic vibe. Just a stone’s throw away from all the major historical sights, charming pedestrian streets, traditional tavernas, hip cafes, restaurants, and bars. The Sygrou Fix metro station is a mere 50 meters away as are all other major forms of transportation. Historical monuments such as the ‘Ancient Agora,’ the ‘Temple of Zeus,’ the ancient ‘Theatre of Dionysus,’ the ‘Herodion Theatre,’ and also the new ‘Acropolis Museum’ are all within walking distance. A myriad of small shops such as traditional bakeries, cute delis, quintessential Greek taverns and cozy cafes are all part of the Koukaki neighborhood. Neighboring areas such as Plaka, Thiseio, and Monastiraki are worth exploring. All you need do is to leisurely stroll along the cobbled road beneath the Acropolis.

We are Bill & John. Both born and bred in Athens, it is our family ties and our entrepreneurial spirit that has brought us even closer together to create our passion project Bill & John. We grew up in the tourism and hospitality industry assisting our family in its hotel and tour operator ventures. It was only natural for us to delve into studies to further enhance our hands-on experience. Bill holds a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management & International Tourism and John holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Communication.

Why This Property?

We chose this specific location for our condo as it combines the best of both worlds; the old and the new. Not only is it one of the safest areas in the city, it is also perfectly located within walking distance to all major local transport (metro, tram, buses), historical sites, and a plethora of top-notch culinary establishments. Furthermore, we know this area extremely well as our family’s hospitality businesses have been located here since we were only kids.
